Job Description

Cemza is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Buffalo Area. This role is focused on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client accounts, and representing Cemza’s products professionally in the market. This role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, negotiate contracts, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Duties & Responsibilties

Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Prepare pricing schedules and quotations.
Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
Promote and maintain knowledge of company products and programs.
Manage client payments including deposits and balances.
Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders.
Visit existing and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products.
Maintain accurate client records.
Respond to client queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Ensure housekeeping and compliance with company standards.
Perform additional duties in the interest of Cemza as required.

Minimum Requirements

Marketing or Sales qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales environment.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.

Bonus Points

SAP knowledge (advantageous).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Package & Renumeration

Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 CTC per month.
Based in the Buffalo Area.
Permanent position.
