CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARDTushar Agrawal, the Group Managing Director, is the driving force behind the strategic growth of the Group. Armed with a degree in business administration and extensive hands-on experience in operations and commercial sectors, Tushar's expertise spans international and South African coal markets, exploration and mining, beneficiation, coal shipping and logistics, and cement business development.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORAs the Executive Director, Nitin Agrawal plays a pivotal role in overseeing Ikwezi Mining and Ikwezi Resources. His background in IT and in-depth knowledge of exploration and mining projects enable him to bring a technologically savvy approach to the business. Nitin's journey in the industry is marked by his adeptness in acquiring and developing exploration and mining projects, often taking them from their initial stages to fully-fledged operations.
RAHUL GODBOLE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERAs the Chief Executive Officer and Director for Cemza, Rahul Godbole's diverse experience across various business functions and geographies in the cement industry is invaluable. A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Finance, Rahul's career includes a significant tenure at UltraTech Cement in India and the Middle East, followed by a stint at JP Morgan Chase. His comprehensive domain knowledge and global experience in the cement industry equip him with the insights needed to lead Cemza towards continued success.
ALFONSO VELEZ
BOARD MEMBERAlfonso Velez, a prominent figure in the cement industry, heads Heidelberg Materials Group operations in Cluster III Africa, overseeing plants in Tanzania, DRC, Mozambique, and South Africa. Alfonsso has a PhD in Economics & Business Organisation, an MBA in Corporate Finance, and a BA in Economics. Alfonso brings over two decades of rich experience in the cement sector, having held significant positions in industry-related companies across European and African markets.
HAKAN GURDAL
BOARD MEMBERHakan Gurdal, a mechanical engineering graduate from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, further enhanced his academic portfolio with an MBA in International Management from the University of Istanbul. Starting his career at Çanakkale Çimento (now part of Akçansa) in 1992, Hakan's career trajectory has been a testament to his dedication and skill. Appointed to the Board on 1 February 2016, he has since been responsible for the Africa-Eastern Mediterranean Basin Group area. In addition to his board responsibilities, Hakan leads HC Trading, bringing his extensive experience and strategic insights to the forefront.
