Cemza is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Head Office in Midrand. This critical support role ensures customer orders are captured, validated, and executed with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be the link between Sales, Logistics, and Finance, maintaining pricing accuracy, monitoring delivery timelines, and helping to meet On-Time In-Full targets through strong coordination and communication.
Capture and manage sales orders on SAP (VA01) with complete accuracy.
Coordinate customer creation with Finance and Sales.
Monitor order progress and resolve blocked or overdue account issues.
Process proforma invoices and urgent/after-hours orders as required.
Maintain updated price lists in line with approved structures.
Communicate order status and delivery schedules across departments.
Serve as first point of contact between Sales, Logistics, and Finance.
Maintain digital records and track approvals and order histories.
Manage customer portals to ensure pricing and data integrity.
Generate weekly/monthly performance and backlog reports.
Escalate order or system issues promptly for resolution.
Support system and workflow improvements.
Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or similar (advantageous)
2–3 years' experience in sales or order admin
SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Module experience (essential)
Background in cement/logistics/manufacturing (advantageous)
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Excellent communication and coordination under pressure
High attention to detail and time management
Team-first attitude with initiative and accountability
Salary: R10,000 – R14,000 CTC p/m
Based at Cemza Head Office in Midrand
