Cemza is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team at Head Office in Midrand. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, offering high-quality support across order processing, account queries, and logistics coordination. This role is suited to someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering service excellence.
Monitor and manage daily customer credit limits, notifying customers when nearing their thresholds.
Respond to customer queries via the care line and WhatsApp.
Liaise between Customers, Logistics, Sales, and Finance regarding account issues.
Share accurate ETAs for deliveries and assist with general order tracking.
Handle general account and order processing queries.
Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys.
Perform accurate data capturing and assist with logistics admin tasks.
Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (advantageous)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales administration or customer service
Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module (advantageous)
Knowledge of the cement, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a plus
SAP system proficiency
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across departments
Excellent communication and client-facing confidence
Salary: R10,000 – R13,000 CTC p/m (based on experience)
Permanent role based at Cemza Head Office in Midrand
