Lead daily laboratory activities to ensure consistent raw material testing, in-process checks, and final product quality verification while maintaining compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting plant operations.
Provide technical support and maintenance for all IT systems, ensuring operational reliability, system performance, and user satisfaction within the plant.
Maintain and grow Cemza’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and meeting sales targets within the Eastern Cape territory.
Support the operations team by maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, assisting in breakdowns, and contributing to overall plant efficiency.
Manage end-to-end logistics, including in-house and outsourced transportation, warehouse operations, and stock movement to support production and customer delivery goals.
