He joined Çanakkale Çimento (today part of the joint venture Akçansa) in 1992 and grew in his career to be appointed as Member of the Board as of 1 February 2016. Since 1 April 2016, he has been responsible for the Africa-Eastern Mediterranean Basin Group area. Additionally, he is heading HC Trading.

Tushar’s extensive experience includes international and South African coal markets, exploration and mining, beneficiation, coal shipping and logistics, and cement business development.
Rahul is the Chief Executive Officer and Director for Cemza, a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Finance. He has diverse experience across business functions and geographies in the cement industry. His last stint with UltraTech Cement spanned over a decade in India and the Middle East. Prior to UltraTech Cement, he worked with JP Morgan Chase. Rahul brings on board strong domain knowledge and global cement industry experience.
